Narrow Beam UVB Light Therapy
UVB therapy is used for adults and children. It is effective in at least two-thirds of psoriasis and vitiligo patients who have thin plaques with moderate to severe disease, and who respond to natural sunlight. It is often used when topical treatments are not successful.

This procedure is also used to treat the loss of skin color through selective repigmentation.
