Fractional Photothermolysis (FRAXEL)
This procedure produces thousands of tiny
but deep columns of treatment in the skin,
which eliminates old epidermal cells and
regenerates collagen and elastin. Just as
important, there are areas of the skin that
are left untouched. This “fractional”
treatment allows the skin to heal faster
than if the entire area were treated. The
result is a faster healing process that
creates new, healthy tissue to replace skin
imperfections.
