Rosacea/Redness Rosacea is a facial rash that usually affects men and women in their 30s and 40s. Usually, it appears on those with fair skin, blue eyes and of Celtic origin. A characteristic of rosacea is redness in the face. It may appear as though you’re blushing. If red spots and pustules are present, they are dome-shaped rather than pointed, and there are no blackheads, whiteheads, deep cysts or lumps.
